A man who allegedly attacked comedian Sam Kinison’s girlfriend in the comic’s Hollywood Hills home was charged Monday with three counts of rape and two other related felonies.
Unway L. Carter, 22, is charged with three counts of rape and one count each of rape with a foreign object and forcible oral copulation. He allegedly raped Kinison’s girlfriend last Thursday. After the assault, the victim fired four shots with a .44-caliber revolver but missed, authorities said.
Kinison was home asleep during the incident, police said.
Carter, who is 6-foot-5, met Kinison the night before and may have been acting as his bodyguard, police said.
