For the second time in as many weeks, a Houston woman has named Oiler running back Mike Rozier in a paternity lawsuit. Rita Baldwin, 25, of Dickinson, Tex., is expecting a baby in September. She joins another Houston woman in seeking financial aid for what they claim are Rozier’s unborn children.
