Label-Aire Inc., a manufacturer of pressure-sensitive labeling equipment, has signed a 10-year, $4.5-million lease for a 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in the Northpoint Commerce Center, Fullerton. Construction of the building, located about half a mile from Label-Aire’s existing facility, is scheduled to begin in July. Catellus Development Corp., formerly known as Santa Fe Pacific Realty Corp., is the developer of the 47-acre Northpoint industrial park, which is next to the Fullerton airport.
