NEW CARD CLUB: A new card casino, which Bell city leaders are counting on to generate enough revenue to revitalize the city’s small budget, will open at 9 a.m. Friday at 4901 Eastern Ave., Bell. The Regency Card Club and Casino will occupy the building that once housed the now-defunct California Bell Club.
