An open letter to all TV program directors.
If you were to call me and say you were taking a survey on which program I was watching, my answer would be “What program? All I’ve been seeing is one commercial after another. And after five solid minutes of ads, I have forgotten the name of the movie you were supposed to be showing.”
To make it more exasperating, many of those commercials are repeated over and over again. Thank goodness my TV set has a mute button and a review button which I can use to switch channels.
Please cut down those commercials so that we can enjoy a movie in peace.
