Texas Refinery Rocked by Blast, Massive Fire

PASADENA, Tex. —
An explosion rocked the Crown Central Petroleum Corp. refinery along the Houston Ship Channel Tuesday, officials said. Four people suffered minor injuries. Officials said the fire was in an atmospheric pressure unit that handles crude oil.
An eyewitness said the fire was massive. The refinery is one of dozens lining Texas 225, near where an explosion last October killed 23 workers and injured more than 130.
