West Hollywood : $31.7-Million Budget OKd
The City Council gave final approval to a $31.7-million operating budget for the fiscal year that began July 1.
The budget includes about $650,000 in cuts that were made to make room for an expected $1.5-million drop in state funding next year. Hardest hit by the city’s budget ax was the Public Works Department, which was eliminated to save more than $100,000. The City Council plans to trim an additional $750,000 from the 1991-92 budget.
