Jury Struggles in Commodities Trial: Jurors considering the fate of the first traders tried in the government’s investigation of the world’s largest futures exchanges said they have reached a partial verdict but are deadlocked on other charges. The judge told them to keep trying. On trial are broker Robert Mosky and traders Danny Scheck and David Zatz, who operated in the Swiss franc pit of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. They were charged with more than 100 federal counts ranging from fraud to violating trading laws.
