AT&T; May Lay Off Another 3,000: American Telephone & Telegraph is to announce job cuts of up to 3,000 in its network services division this week, said the Communications Workers of America, one of its unions. AT&T; confirmed that an announcement regarding its work force in the division will be made this week.
