NATION : Man Faces Trial for Sex Videos
The owner of a Radio Shack electronics store was ordered today to stand trial for secretly videotaping three teen-age employees having sex with their boyfriends in the store after hours.
The three former part-time employees told Allegan District Judge Harry Beach that their boss, Howard DeYoung, gave them keys to the store and told them they were free to use the television room any time after closing.
Beach bound DeYoung, 38, over for trial after rejecting defense lawyer Larry Woods’ claim there was no evidence to suggest the tapes were made for commercial purposes.
The three young women were asked to identify who appeared on the tapes and when they might have been made. All three said they had no idea they were being taped and that DeYoung had told them a security camera in the room could be turned off.
