Dog Set Afire; Children Die When House Burns

PITTSBURGH, Pa. —
A 3-year-old girl and her 2-year-old brother died in a house fire relatives said was started when the family dog, soaked with fuel, was set afire and ran into the home, a fire official said Wednesday.
Allegheny County Fire Marshal John Kaus said relatives told investigators they suspected someone poured kerosene on the dog then lit it. The dog also died. Police and fire authorities were investigating.
