Stotler May Not Meet Capital Rules: The futures brokerage, whose chairman also heads the Chicago Board of Trade, may be having trouble meeting minimum capital requirements set by the exchange, members of the exchange told Dow Jones News Service. The financial health of Stotler Group Inc., headed by Carsten (Cash) Mahlmann, has been the subject of widespread rumors, exchange members said. Mahlmann and Thomas Egan, Stotler’s chief executive, were unavailable for comment.
