Myanmar Land Mine Kills 11, Wounds 14

YANGON, Myanmar —
A land mine planted by rebels blew up a passenger vehicle in southern Myanmar, killing 11 people and wounding 14 others, state media reported Sunday.
The vehicle hit the land mine Friday near Thingannyinaung, 160 miles southeast of the capital, Yangon.
