Robin Williams to Take Notes?: The National Enquirer is trying to prevent comedian Robin Williams from obtaining reporter’s notes used in a 1988 story that said a cocktail waitress was suing Williams for giving her herpes. The subpoenas requested the reporter’s notes and writings, and records of any payments the paper made to the woman, Michelle Tish Carter. Carter sued Williams in 1986.
