Stray Bullet Hits Girl, 9, as She Naps in New York

NEW YORK —
A stray bullet hit a 9-year-old girl in the head early Sunday, critically wounding her while she napped in her family’s parked car after a day at an amusement park, police said. Police said Dorian Daughtry, 22, of Brooklyn, was charged with attempted murder and assault.
