Firefighter Exam Inquiry ‘On Hold,’ Official Says
The head of special investigations for Los Angeles County’s chief administrative officer said that an investigation into whether prospective firefighters were given copies of questions on an entry-level test has been placed “on hold,” but it has not been dropped.
Harry Koulos said he thinks he may have given a “wrong” impression in a recent telephone interview with The Times, which reported that the county had abandoned its investigation of possible cheating on an exam given earlier this year.
