ANAHEIM : Rockwell Unit Gives $100,000 to Groups

Officials of Rockwell Defense Electronics, which is based in Anaheim, have distributed nearly $100,000 in checks to Orange County charities and other organizations representing interests ranging from health and education to the arts.
Among the two dozen county groups receiving checks at the company’s fourth annual Good Neighbor Breakfast on Wednesday were the American Lung Assn. of Orange County, the Orange County chapter of American Red Cross, Cal State Fullerton, UC Irvine, the Assistance League of Anaheim, the Dayle McIntosh Center for the Disabled, Olive Crest Treatment Centers for Abused Children, Orangewood Children’s Foundation, the Orange County Academic Decathlon and the Orange County Special Olympics.
