A bomb exploded in the doorway of a Domino’s Pizza shop early Monday, shattering a large window and the glass in the front door, authorities said.
Two employees working in the store at 290 N. Moorpark Road heard an explosion about 1 a.m. and discovered glass scattered across the floor and on equipment, said Senior Deputy Joe Braga of the Sheriff’s Department.
The bomb appeared to be made of pipes with an explosive device inside. It had been placed about 18 inches from the store’s open door, Braga said.
