NEWPORT BEACH : Center Makes Van Available to Seniors
A van equipped with a wheelchair lift is available to senior citizens through the Oasis Senior Center.
The van is offered for medical appointments, grocery shopping and rides to the Oasis center. A $1 donation is requested per one-way ride, and reservations should be made at least two days in advance, center officials said. Grocery-shopping trips will be made on a pre-scheduled group basis.
