Police Arrest 6 in Connection With Drive-By Shooting
Police on Thursday announced the arrest of four men, including a father and son, and two juveniles in connection with a gang-related, drive-by shooting.
The suspects were arrested Monday morning shortly after five rounds were fired from a van at a house in the 300 block of Florence Court, La Habra police spokeswoman Cindy Knapp said.
“This was a gang-related shooting, a retaliation against another gang,” she said.
No one was injured in the attack.
Arrested on suspicion of shooting at an inhabited dwelling were Roberto Luna, 42; his 18-year-old son, Leonard J. Luna; Agapo Acosta, 25; and Jose Guadalupe Esquivel, 19. The names of the two juveniles, both 16, were not released because of their age. All the suspects are from La Habra.
