Datron Systems Begins Repurchasing Its Stock

Datron Systems Inc., a Simi Valley manufacturer of satellite and radio communications equipment, has started a stock repurchase program. The plan, announced in April, calls for Datron to purchase up to 150,000 shares of its common stock. The shares will be held as treasury stock and will be used for stock option or other incentive compensation plans, it said.
