Huntington Park : 2 Planning Commissioners Move Out of City, Resign
The Huntington Park Planning Commission has lost two of its five members. Rene Ledesma, who has been on the commission since 1986, and former Councilman Jim Roberts, a commissioner for only a few months, have resigned because they have moved out of the city. Planning Commission members are required to live in Huntington Park.
The remaining three commissioners will continue reviewing projects, which are automatically approved if the commission does not rule within 45 days after a project is submitted.
