The units in the private, gated community have 2 1/2 baths and 1,500 square feet of living area and are priced from $149,000 to $159,000. Immediate move-ins are available. The monthly association fee of $98 covers security and common-area maintenance.

Seville at Gordon Ranch opens today in the Chino Hills of southwestern San Bernardino County, with 113 single-family houses by Pacific Gateway Homes.

The first phase of 15 houses is offered in three floor plans, with three and four bedrooms, 1,540 to 1,902 square feet, priced from $207,990 to $224,990.

A $30 monthly maintenance fee covers street and slope maintenance in the Gordon Ranch planned community. First move-ins are scheduled for November.

Three furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 2544 Pointe Coupee, reached from the southbound Chino Hills Parkway exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.

Santa Rosa Valley

Hidden Canyon opens today in Camarillo’s Santa Rosa Valley, with 27 four- and five-bedroom single-family houses on lots averaging one acre.

The first two phases each have eight houses with 3,000 to 3,600 square feet, priced from $489,950 to $544,950. The developer is Alamo Partnership Inc. and the houses are being built by Alamo Homes, a subsidiary.

The one- and two-story houses feature three fireplaces, vaulted and two-story ceilings, dining rooms and separate inside laundry rooms. Kitchens feature oak cabinets, tile counters and top-of-the-line appliances.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays at 6437 Armitos Drive, reached from the Santa Rosa Road exit of the Ventura (101) Freeway.

Homes in Sylmar

North Hills by Oren Realty and Development opens today with 16 two-story single-family houses in Sylmar.

The four- and five-bedroom houses have about 2,630 to about 2,655 square feet of living area in two floor plans and are priced from $320,000 to $335,995. The houses are on lots averaging a quarter-acre and feature front-yard landscaping, rear-yard fencing, three bathrooms, three-car garages, central air conditioning, wood-burning fireplaces and concrete-tile roofs.

Move-ins are planned for mid September. Two furnished models are open daily, except Wednesday and Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 13734 Kismet Ave., reached from the northbound Polk Street exit of the Foothill (210) Freeway.

Norco Estate Lot Homes

The first 10 of 118 homes on estate-sized lots in Norco will be offered for sale this weekend by Woodcrest Development Inc.

Four one- and two-story ranch-style plans are offered at the development, known as Pepperwood Ranch. Each plan has three to five bedrooms, with square footage ranging from 2,158 to 3,322.

Lot sizes start at about 20,000 square feet. Prices range from $225,990 to $294,990.

Move-ins are set to begin next January.

The Pepperwood Ranch sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 3599 Belgian Ave., reached from the northbound Main Street exit of California 91.
