Deere & Co.: The farm equipment company said third-quarter net income totaled $114.1 million, up 16% from the same period last year. Revenue rose 6% to $2.1 billion. The Moline, Ill., company said sales of its agricultural products remained strong, but declining consumer spending reduced sales of its lawn and grounds care products.
