Stake in USAir Group Is Increased: An investor group that includes New York money manager Michael H. Steinhardt has boosted its stake in the parent of USAir to 9.46% from 8.38%, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. USAir Group is based in Arlington, Va.
