Mine Reclamation Teams With Browning-Ferris: The Norwalk-based developer of a landfill and waste-by-rail transport system has announced a preliminary agreement with Browning-Ferris Industries Inc., the large Houston waste services concern, to borrow up to $10 million in exchange for the right to obtain a 50% interest in the company.
