Single-Family Home Growth

During the 1980s the county’s stock of single-family detached homes grew by 13%. Eight cities had higher rates, led by the 93% increase in Yorba Linda. Four cities actually have fewer of these homes now than they did at the outset of the ‘80s. And the county’s total unincorporated areas, of course, also have far fewer as more areas have incorporated themselves into city status. Here’s a city-by-city breakdown:
