Ferguson’s failed resolution pleaded sematic changes such as “relocation” centers, not “concentration camps.” Perhaps he could resubmit the resolution and describe the internees as “guests.” I’m sure that Ferguson could obtain the backing of Saddam Hussein. After all, Iraq has a “guest” program.
