Nation IN BRIEF : WASHINGTON, D.C. : Capitol Workers Held on Cocaine Charges

Three congressional employees were arrested and charged with narcotics distribution out of a House of Representatives parking garage, U.S. Capitol Police said. John Robine Mickens, 27, and Charles Anthony Vinson, 24, were charged with distribution of crack cocaine. William Robert Woodburn, 33, was charged with distribution of cocaine.
