MOVING UP: First you saw them on TV in last month’s Little League World Series, where they wound up second in the nation. Now the Cypress Little League All-Stars are headed for the silver screen in Paramount’s “Talent for the Game,” a movie about a baseball scout. . . . But you’ll have to look closely. They’ll be on a desk in a team photo with the movie’s stars, Edward Olmos (“Miami Vice”) and newcomer Lorraine Bracco. The photo was shot in El Segundo last week.
