Amplicon Inc.: The Santa Ana computer equipment leasing company posted net income of $5.6 million for fiscal 1990, up 8% from the $5.2 million reported a year ago. Revenue for the year ended June 30 rose 15%, to $158.3 million from $137.9 million. Fourth-quarter net income totaled $1.7 million, 21% higher than the $1.4 million recorded for the comparable quarter in fiscal 1989. Revenue was up 67%, to $46.7 million from $28 million.

Patrick E. Paddon, chairman and president, said, “We are pleased with the results achieved during fiscal 1990, particularly with the momentum demonstrated by our strong fourth-quarter results.”
