SIMI VALLEY : Man Gives Note to Teller, Robs Bank
A man robbed a Simi Valley bank of several thousand dollars Tuesday afternoon using a demand note and the threat of a weapon, authorities said.
Fidelity Federal Bank, 5775 Los Angeles Ave., reported the robbery about 1:45 p.m., Simi Valley Police Lt. Neal Rein said.
Witnesses said the man is about 25 years old, 6 feet, 2 inches tall and has blond hair, said Gary Auer, a special agent with the FBI’s Ventura division.
