Dog Killer Is Sentenced to Serve Humane Society

ARLINGTON, Tex. —
A man accused of using a bow and arrow to kill a poodle that got into his trash has been fined $2,000 and ordered to work 150 hours for the local Humane Society. Gary Rall, 42, also was placed on a year of probation Monday, after he pleaded no contest to a cruelty charge.
