Charges Filed in Sexual Molestation of 4 Boys

A South Los Angeles man has been charged with 10 counts of committing lewd acts with a child in connection with the sexual molestation of four boys between the ages of 9 and 14, police said.

Michael Milton Alexander, 27, was arrested two weeks ago after relatives of the 9-year-old boy told police they had caught Alexander molesting the youth at their home, police said. The boy told police that Alexander had been molesting several other boys as well.

Most of the charges stem from an incident on Aug. 26 when Alexander allegedly gathered the boys in a neighborhood garage, gave them marijuana and alcohol and molested them, police said.

Authorities said an investigation is continuing. Alexander was being held without bail at County Jail.
