Thank you, Daryl Gates, for giving us a new definition of the word treason , and for showing us how to solve the problem of overcrowding in our jails. Hell, if we can blast those who smoke a joint, perhaps we can machine-gun speeders on the spot and hang jaywalkers. Gosh, the prospects are almost limitless.

Why do we go all the way to the Persian Gulf to fight loony despots when we have so many right here in our back yard?
