Bush’s Speech on U.S. Goals in Middle East

”. . . A nascent process of collective security . . . might just work. . . .” Patience and cultivation will bring fruits for all the world to enjoy. Thus all nations together--through the United Nations--must take responsibility in the process. We urge President Bush to start now to transfer leadership to the United Nations.
