Good Morning, Saudi Arabia! KABC-AM’s (790) morning substitute team Bill Smith and Eric Tracy will do a radio show inspired by the movie “Good Morning, Vietnam” this morning. The humorous two-hour show starting at 7 a.m. is meant for the ears of the troops in Saudi Arabia. “We’re going to do it as if we’re broadcasting directly to them,” said Tracy. KABC encourages people to tape the show for friends and relatives in the desert; the station plans to send tapes to Saudi Arabia as well.
