L.A. Raiders
Mayor Tom Bradley promised a $145-million renovation to the Coliseum in order to keep the Raiders in Los Angeles. Another article, on the same page, informed that a newly installed gas collection system designed to prevent pollution at the Lopez Canyon landfill in the San Fernando Valley does not work (Part B, Sept. 13). It cost $4 million.

Where are our priorities?
