Paula Settle Slatkin; Produced, Directed ABC’s ‘Eye on LA’
Paula Settle Slatkin, former producer and director of ABC’s “Eye on LA” and “Eye on Hollywood,” has died. She was 33.
She died Sunday at Cedars Sinai Hospital of cirrhosis of the liver.
A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Longwood College in Farmville, Va., Mrs. Slatkin was in charge of the television shows from 1981 to 1984.
In 1985, she married Thomas Slatkin, one of the former owners of the Beverly Hills Hotel and Dana Point Resort.
She was a member of the Directors Guild of America and worked for the Keagy Small Animal Hospital.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her mother, Jean Davis Settle, and a sister, Lynn McAdam.
