Homes in Adelanto

A grand opening is scheduled this weekend at the Bauer Cos’ Sundance project in Adelanto, a single-family development with prices ranging from $92,950 to $114,950.

The one-story homes are sized from 1,232 to 1,637 square feet, with three and four bedrooms. All have two bathrooms plus family rooms, country kitchens and optional garden patios and enclosures in three different floor plans.

The project, located om Crippen Avenue, just west of Aster Road, is open Fridays through Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Take either Interstate 15 or 215 to California 395, then north on 395.

Montera in Palmdale

The Montera Estate Collection, a community of larger homes developed by California Community Builders, opens today in Palmdale at 3214 Fulham Court.

The first phase offers 17 one- and two-story homes in a total of 36 planned for the project, with four and five bedrooms, three and 3 1/2 baths and sized from 2,832 to 3,494 square feet. Priced from $299,995 to $349,995, amenities include a built-in media center.

Viewing hours for the project are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

In San Diego County

The Ranch at Valley Center in northern San Diego County opens this weekend, offering homes and home sites in the 128-acre development by J.M. Peters Co.

The single-family homes with four bedrooms have an average of 3,354 square feet and sell from $410,000 to $605,000; an $83 homeowners monthly fee covers entryway maintenance, electric gates and streets.

Home sites, averaging two acres are priced from $170,00 to $385,000 and each lot has mature oak trees and fruit-bearing citrus.

The project is open daily, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at 12681 Lonesome Oak Way, reached from the Gopher Canyon Road exit of Interstate 15, then east on Old Castle Road to Lilac, and southwest on Betsworth Road.
