Fidelity National Financial Inc.: The Irvine-based title insurance underwriter reported that its net income for the third fiscal quarter rose 11% to $1.9 million from $1.7 million for the comparable 1989 period. Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was up 3% to $46.9 million from $45.6 million. For the nine-month period, net income totaled $3.6 million, up 38% from $2.6 million a year earlier. Revenue rose 15% to $133.9 million from $116.6 million.
