Jamie Davis and Kay Lasher have been appointed vice presidents of Mariners Bank. Davis, who joined the bank in 1982 as executive secretary, was named vice president in the administrative department. Lasher’s new position is vice president and operations manager at the bank’s main office in San Clemente. She became operations officer in 1988 and was made an assistant vice president in 1989.
