Phoebe Cooms, Are You Out There?: Elizabeth Perkins is looking for her seventh-grade chum. While plugging her new film “Avalon” in an interview on E! Entertainment Television, the actress said that people she barely knew from her past are contacting her just because she’s famous. But she said there’s one person she would love to hear from, and that’s Phoebe Cooms, her best friend from junior high in Brattleboro, Vt. Perkins lost touch with her pal when her family moved from Vermont.
