A column of fire will erupt every 30 minutes from an Eric Orr sculpture if all goes as planned Sunday at inaugural festivities for the Foothill Ranch Urban Arts Program, which eventually should bring about 100 public artworks and other cultural elements to the Foothill Ranch planned community in Saddleback Valley. The “Run the Ranch 1990” kickoff display will also include four other sculptures and an art workshop.
