Homes in Palmdale
Sales begin this weekend at Belle Vista, a community of 11 Mediterranean-style single-family homes on large lots in Palmdale.
The one- and two-story homes have four or five bedrooms, three baths and 2,560 to 3,412 square feet of space. Prices range from $239,990 to $309,990, with a monthly association fee of about $50.
Move-ins are expected to begin next January. The project, which is built by Griffin Homes of Calabassas, will eventually have 121 homes.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 40767 Via Tranqilo, reached from the westbound Avenue N exit of Antelope Valley (14) Freeway.
Lake View Terrace
Seventeen single-family homes go up for sale this weekend at Terrace View, an RWR Development Inc. project in Lake View Terrace.
Each home has three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 1,828 to 2,164 square feet of space. Prices range from $217,500 to $262,500 and move-ins are expected to begin next month.
The development will eventually have 37 homes. The sales office is open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday through Tuesday at 11771 Pierce St., reached from the Osborne Street exit of the Foothil (210) Freeway.
Adelanto ‘Starters’
The first 30 of 305 “starter homes” priced from $79,990 to $99,990 go on sale this weekend at American Traditions, an Adelanto community being built by Upland-based Inco Homes.
The single-family homes have two to four bedrooms, two baths and 1,030 to 1,650 square feet. Move-ins are expect to begin next spring.
The sales office and model homes are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 14528 Agave Way, reached from the westbound Palmdale Road exit of U.S. 395.
Quartz Hill Houses
Fifteen homes are for sale at Cambridge Colony, a new community in Quartz Hill that will eventually have 57 single-family houses.
The project is being built by Encino-based Cambridge Development Group. The houses have four or five bedrooms, two to three baths and 2,230 to 2,800 square feet of space.
Prices at the project range from about $195,00 to $245,000. Move-ins are expected to begin in December.
Models are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 42011 Tiffany St., reached from the westbound Avenue M exit of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway.
Palmdale Community
The first 25 single-family homes in a new community that will eventually have 400 houses go on sale today at Kaufman & Broad’s California Marquis community in Palmdale.
Homes in the tract have two to five bedrooms, two or three baths and 1,486 to 2,211 square feet of living space. Prices range from $125,990 to $169,990, and move-ins will begin by December.
The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at the corner of 25th Street West and Elizabeth Lake Road, reached from the westbound Palmdale Boulevard exit of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway.
