West Hollywood : 5K-10K Run Planned

West Hollywood’s sixth annual Tom Proctor 5K-10K Run and Walkathon will be held at 8 a.m. Oct. 28 at West Hollywood Park, 647 N. San Vicente Blvd.

The Tom Proctor Run and Walkathon is part of the city’s Halloween Week celebration that will include a costume competition. Music, games, a free drawing and a diaper dash will also be featured.

Proceeds from the race and pledges by individuals will benefit Pets Are Wonderful Support/Los Angeles (Paws/LA). PAWS is a nonprofit organization that helps people with AIDS care for their pets. For information on the Tom Proctor run, call (213) 854-7471.
