SCEcorp: The Rosemead-based parent of Southern California Edison Co. said its yearly earnings fell 6% to $723 million on revenue that rose 4% to $7.06 billion. The utility said a ruling by the California Public Utilities Commission caused it to shift some of its third-quarter earnings to other quarters.
