Rep. Rohrabacher
Smoke a joint and get shot by Chief Gates or take LSD at Disneyland and get elected to Congress. Rohrabacher is nothing but a hypocrite, and his seat in Congress should be seized under the “zero tolerance” laws that he helped to write.
