‘Time to Stop Nit-Picking’

As a real estate agent, I was greatly impressed by the generous offer Bob Hope and Plymouth Investment Associates presented to the city of Simi Valley and the people of Ventura County. I think it is an excellent “buy.”
I have only one question to ask those who oppose the Hope PIA plan: Can you personally, or collectively, offer anything as generous as this?
We’ll never again receive such a fantastic gift. It is time to stop nit-picking and work together for solutions to any problems that may occur.
