Hughes Aircraft, El Segundo, has elected retired Adm. John C. Weaver as a corporate vice president and member of the company’s policy board, effective Nov. 12. Weaver, 57, who left the Navy Oct. 1, will join the executive management team of the company’s Radar Systems Group.
